TRAINING BLOCK PROGRAMS
Tailor the programming to suit your gym.
Our themed training block programs give you as gym owners the ability to tailor your programming to suit your needs. They also give you the flexibility to start a cycle at any stage and work through the entire cycle to allow members for the best chance of success.
The programs range from 8-9 week depending on the cycle, and includes a workout schedule that incorporates a warm-up, strength/skill/lifting, WOD and strength & accessories that compliment the day's movements PLUS a daily coach brief to guide your coaching staff through the key points of the workout.
The WODs are programmed with three levels of RX standards so that members who are on various fitness journeys are still achieving an RX standard.

9 Week Affiliate GPP + Squat Bias Program for Gyms
Our 9-week General Physical Preparedness program with a bias towards squats includes our strength & accessories package that is designed for gyms looking for an overall functional program that aims to improve squat strength and performance.
